The TPU lower shell boasts an innovative design in the shifter area, minimizing front roll and enhancing shift lever control. The left and right feet have dedicated designs, reinforced with a metal shank and a fortified toe zone for superior impact and abrasion resistance.

A double pivot system on both the medial and lateral sides enhances flexibility and precision control, while the medial side wall's dedicated design improves grip, support, and protection.

The newly contoured TPU calf protector plate effectively absorbs impacts, and the boot’s main flexion area, supported by a low-profile pivot system around the ankle, ensures superior freedom of movement and rider comfort. The front flexion zone includes innovative shock-absorbing inserts for progressive support, and additional padding around the ankles and shin plate increases impact absorption.

A new strap holder design maximizes rotation and functionality, reducing excessive rotation, while an innovative wear limit indicator in the sole’s foot peg area alerts the rider when it’s time for replacement, with a Kevlar® layer maintaining structure and protection.

The closure system features polymer buckles and an aluminum frame with self-aligning, quick-release closures for a customized, secure fit. The self-aligning buckle receiver prevents strap rotation, ensuring a consistent fit.

The soft microfiber gaiter, specifically designed for the back of the boot, effectively keeps out water and dirt. The extended medial panel, made from TPU with an enlarged rubber insert, offers maximum grip and enhanced heat and abrasion resistance.

The boot includes a pull flap for increased prehensility and an updated TPU shin plate construction for a wider range of fitment, featuring a reinforced hook and loop closure for a snug, customized fit.

The upper part of the boot includes extensive TPU protection on the toes, foot, heel, ankle, calf, and shin, with extra-hard compounds on the toe-box and heel for additional protection. The upper is made of suede leather with a lightweight microfiber construction, offering superior impact and abrasion resistance.

Additional features include a TPU rear bridge for Achilles tendon protection, a poly-fabric lining with 3D open cell foam, and anti-sliding suede reinforcement on the heel for enhanced abrasion resistance.

The one-piece sole, constructed from highly durable dual compound vulcanized rubber, is both protective and replaceable. The Tech 7 Boots are CE certified to EN 13634:2017, ensuring top-notch safety standards.
