Each layer, from the Energy Cells to the dual-density EPS liner and the 12K carbon fiber shell, is meticulously optimized to provide superior protection against a wide range of real-world impacts.

Enhanced Impact Energy Cells by RHEON
All FLY Racing Formula helmets are equipped with seven strategically placed Impact Energy Cells. These cells, with their unique maze-like structure, compress and shear to maximize absorption of low-speed linear and rotational impacts, reducing brain stress. Enhanced with RHEON technology, these cells manage energy across various impact speeds. This reactive material remains soft and flexible but stiffens on impact, effectively dissipating energy and enhancing the helmet's protective capabilities during crashes.

ConeHead EPS Technology
The Formula S features ConeHead Dual-Density EPS, which is tuned across six critical zones to provide a progressive response to both low and high-speed impacts. This technology helps the helmet manage and absorb impact forces more efficiently across different scenarios.

Expanded Volume EPS
Strategically positioned throughout the helmet, additional EPS enhances impact absorption, providing more suspension between your head and the ground.

12K Carbon Fiber Shell
Crafted from thermal-cured 12K carbon fiber, the shell is made with wider, tightly woven bands, reducing dips and resin pooling, resulting in a stronger, lighter shell.

The FLY Smart app, powered by Quin, is the perfect companion to the Formula S helmet. In the event of a crash, the fully integrated impact detection system sends critical location, health, and safety data to your emergency contacts. The FLY Smart telemetry system offers insights into your rides, allowing you to analyze key metrics and ride with confidence, knowing help is always within reach.

Impact Detection Alert System
Monitor and analyze every impact your helmet endures. In a significant crash, FLY Smart transmits essential information, such as your location and health data, to your emergency contacts or responders.

Emergency Response
Ride with peace of mind, knowing that help can be automatically summoned through Crash Detection, a manually activated SOS Beacon, and emergency alerts.

Real-Time Ride Analytics
Track your rides and monitor performance metrics like speed, distance, elevation, hard braking, and acceleration. You can review and share your rides or save them for later analysis.
